GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ, the law firm specializing in corporate and competition law, has appointed Dr Felix Bangel (33) as Counsel with effect from 1 April 2025.  Dr Felix Bangel is a member of the M&A team of GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ and has been involved in more than ten successful transactions in the last year alone. He advises national and international clients on M&A transactions with a focus on private equity, venture capital and family offices. He assists in all phases of the transaction process, from due diligence and contract negotiations to the implementation and integration of new structures.

Dr. Felix Bangel studied law at Heidelberg University, specializing in corporate and capital market law. He received his doctorate in law from the Heidelberg University in 2020. The doctorate was supported by a scholarship of Konrad Adenauer Foundation. Dr Felix Bangel joined GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ as an associate in January 2021 and returned to the M&A team of GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ in April 2024 after working for two years in a leading medium-sized law firm in the Ruhr area.
