Representation in fine and administrative proceedings: including representation of companies before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission; for instance, Deutsche Post AG in proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office concerning mail consolidation services and a company in fine proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office in the road construction sector; Representation of a large retailer in proceedings before the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food (German: Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung: BLE) on issues of UTP law.
Internal investigations: Advising on, managing, and conducting data collection, review, and evaluation within the scope of internal investigations.
Compliance: Development and review of compliance structures, advice on the design of distribution systems and cooperation between competitors, advising market-dominant companies on questions of abuse of a dominant position, advising on contractual drafting taking into account the provisions of UTP law.
Transactions: Advising on the preparation and execution of merger control proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission.
Litigation: Advising on the defence and assertion of antitrust damages claims, e.g. in the "railway technology cartel", "drugstore items cartel" and "road construction" cases.
