Athanasia Milousi

Athanasia Milousi is an Associate at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ and works in the Corporate/M&A practice group. She advises domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, mergers and acquisitions as well as restructuring measures.

Athanasia Milousi studied law at the University of Cologne with a focus on intellectual property and competition law. 

During her legal clerkship, she worked at the State Chancellery of North Rhine-Westphalia and at various leading international law firms, where she was part of the antitrust law and the Corporate/M&A practice group. After her Second Legal Exam she started working on her doctoral thesis on the topic "The impact of the supervisory board‘s behavior on the liability of the members of the management board regarding entrepreneurial decisions“. At the same time, she worked as a legal assistant in the Corporate/M&A practice group of a leading international law firm.

In addition to her native German and Greek, Athanasia Milousi is fluent in English. In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as travelling.
