Bettina Kampshoff is an Associate at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ in the CORPORATE practice. She advises German and international clients on General Company Law, Transaction Business and on Corporate Litigation.
Bettina Kampshoff studied law at the University of Münster with a focus on Corporate Law. As a minor subject, she also completed a foreign law program in French Law. She passed her First Legal State Exam in 2014.
During her legal clerkship, Bettina Kampshoff worked, among others, with an internationally operating law firm in Düsseldorf and the legal department of a DAX 30 company. She passed her Second Legal State Exam in 2017.
Bettina Kampshoff is working on her doctorate thesis on a corporate law topic.
In addition to her mother tongue German she also speaks English and French.
She enjoys spending her leisure time with friends and family. Furthermore, she likes playing tennis, skiing and snowboarding.
