Christof Wagner is an Associate at GLADE MICHE WIRTZ and works in the CORPORATE practice. He advises German and international clients on M&A Transactions, on Capital Markets Law and on all issues relating to general Corporate Law.
Christof Wagner studied law and economics at the University of Bayreuth with a specialisation in Company Law and Tax Law. Further he studied Law at the University of Cambridge (College: Clare Hall) and earned a masters degree (ll.m.) in Commercial Law. He worked as a research assistant for his doctoral supervisor Prof Dr Florian Jacoby at his chair for Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Insolvency and Corporate Law and received his doctoral degree with a Corporate Law related thesis in 2013.
Christof Wagner is fluent in his native language German as well as in English.
He is lecturer for Capital Markets Law in the master program "Commercial Law" at the Westfaelische Wilhelms-University in Muenster.
In his private life Christof Wagner enjoys travelling and improves his cooking skills. Furthermore, sport is important to him (Running, Fitness, Ultimate Frisbee and especially skiing).
