Friedrich Schulenburg is an Associate at Glade Michel Wirtz in the Corporate practice. He advises German and International clients on all issues relating to corporate law and capital markets law. In this role he specialises in advising German listed stock corporations in the areas of corporate, company groups and capital markets law.
Friedrich Schulenburg studied law at the Universities of Constance and Munster with a focus on German and European corporate law. He holds an LL.M. degree in European Legal Studies from the University of Bristol. In 2016, Friedrich Schulenburg was awarded a doctorate from the University of Hamburg with a thesis on minority protection under the German Bondholders Act and the German Stock Corporation Act. He speaks German (mother tongue) and English and has basic knowledge in French.
