Dr Jens Poll

Jens Poll is a Salary Partner at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ and works with the CORPORATE practice. He advises national and international clients on all questions of corporate and commercial law. His practice focuses on corporate and capital market disputes as well as comprehensive advice and representation of companies, associations and their bodies in (extra-)judicial disputes.

Jens Poll studied law at the University of Göttingen with a focus on corporate law. He also spent two exchange semesters at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, and at the University of Warsaw, Poland. He passed his First Legal Exam in 2013. Thereafter, he worked as a research assistant for his doctoral supervisor Prof. Dr. Gerald Spindler in Göttingen as well as for an internationally operating German law firm in Düsseldorf. In 2018, he received his doctoral degree.

During his legal clerkship, Jens Poll worked inter alia for the North-Rhine-Westphalia State Commissioner for the Protection of Data and Freedom of Information as well as for the German embassy in Yangon, Myanmar. He also worked for the CORPORATE team of GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ. He finished his clerkship taking the Second Legal State Exam in 2018.

Jens Poll is fluent in his native language German as well as in English.

In his leisure time, Jens Poll enjoys spending time with friends and his family as well as doing sports.
