Marina Adams is an Associate at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ and works with the CORPORATE practice. She advises German and international clients on issues relating to General Corporate Law, Transaction Business, Restructuring and Corporate Litigation.
Marina Adams studied law at the University of Münster and she passed her First Legal Exam at OLG Hamm in 2012. Thereafter she wrote her doctoral thesis on a corporate law topic at the University of Münster while working for her doctoral supervisor Prof. Dr. Frauke Wedemann at her chair for Civil Law, German, European and International Commercial and Corporate Law. During her clerkship Marina Adams worked, among others, with an internationally operating German law firm in Düsseldorf and the German Embassy in Pretoria (South Africa). Moreover she worked for the CORPORATE Team of GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ during the stage of choice of her clerkship. In 2017 Marina Adams passed the Second Legal Exam at OLG Düsseldorf.
In her leisure time Marina Adams does sports, such as jogging, and she loves to ski. Moreover she is a musician who plays clarinet and saxophone.
