Short Profile

Philipp Elixmann is an Associate at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ and works with the CORPORATE practice. He advises on General Company Law, Capital Markets Law and Transaction Business.

Philipp Elixmann studied law at the University of Muenster. In this context, he also completed a foreign law program in Anglo-American Law. After completing his First Legal Exam in 2015, he worked for several years as a research assistant in the corporate team of a leading international law firm in Duesseldorf and obtained his doctoral degree from the University of Osnabrueck on a topic regarding German Takeover Law.

During his legal clerkship, Philipp Elixmann inter alia spent time at the German Embassy Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan) and in an Insolvency and Corporate Law Senate of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm. He passed the Second Legal Exam in 2020. Besides his native German, Philipp Elixmann fluently speaks English.

Philipp Elixmann spends his leisure time with family and friends and does sports.
