Fabian von Lübken is an Associate at GLADE MICEL WIRTZ and works with the CORPORATE practice. He advises German and international clients on issues relating to General Corporate Law, Restructuring and in Insolvency proceedings. A further main focus of his practice is the corporate and insolvency litigation.
Fabian von Lübken studied law at the University of Bremen with a focus on commercial law and was funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung). He passed his First Legal Exam in 2014. Following his studies, Fabian von Lübken worked as a lecturer at the University of Bremen and as a research assistant at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ. Currently, he finishes his dissertation in the field of capital market and takeover law that was also funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
During his legal clerkship, Fabian von Lübken worked, among others, with an internationally operating law firm in Düsseldorf and the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Toronto, Canada. At the beginning of 2019 he passed the Second Legal Exam at OLG Düsseldorf.
Fabian von Lübken is a member of the Legal Society Bremen e.V. (Juristische Gesellschaft Bremen e.V.) and the Society for the promotion of commercial law at the University of Bremen (Verein zur Förderung des Handelsrechts an der Universität Bremen e.V.). He is fluent in his native language German as well as in English.
In his leisure time Fabian von Lübken does sports, likes to cook and spend time with friends and family. He is also active in politics and a member of the federal board of the Junge Union. Furthermore, he is a passionate fan of SV Werder Bremen.
