Dr Hannah Beck

Hannah Beck is an Associate at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ and works in the CORPORATE practice group. She advises on all aspects of corporate law and capital markets law.

Hannah Beck studied law at the University of Freiburg with a focus on corporate and capital markets law and passed her First State Exam in 2019. Subsequently, she worked as a Research Assistant while obtaining her doctoral degree, firstly for Prof. Dr. Hanno Merkt at the Institute for Foreign and International Private Law in Freiburg and then at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ. She received her doctorate (Dr. jur.) from the University of Freiburg in 2022 for her comparative law dissertation in the field of takeover law.

During her legal clerkship, Hannah Beck worked for, among others, the chamber for commercial matters of a Regional Court, the corporate team of a leading international law firm in Frankfurt and the German-British Chamber of Industry & Commerce in London. She passed her Second State Exam in 2024.

Hannah Beck was brought up bilingual. Her native languages are German and English. In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and boxing.
