Marie Vespermann

Marie Vespermann is an associate at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ and works in the corporate department. She advises German and international clients in the areas of general corporate law, restructuring and insolvency proceedings. Another focus of her practice is corporate litigation.

Marie Vespermann studied law with a focus on procedural and property law at the Ruhr-University Bochum and passed her first bar exam in 2019. She then worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Procedural and Civil Law of Prof. Dr. Windel at the Ruhr University Bochum. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm and spent her legal internship in the corporate team at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ, among others. Marie Vespermann passed the second bar exam in 2022. 

In addition to her native German, Marie Vespermann is fluent in English. 

Marie Vespermann likes to spend her free time playing sports in her basketball club and going to concerts. She is also a passionate supporter of Vfl Bochum
