Swantje Pütz is a lawyer at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ in the CORPORATE department. She advises German and international clients in the field of general corporate law, restructuring as well as in extrajudicial and judicial disputes.
She studied law at the Johann-Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main and at the Università degli Studi di Milano, Italy. During her legal clerkship, she spent time in an international law firm in Cape Town and in the legal department of a DAX 30 company in Milan. While working, Swantje Pütz trained as a mediator.
In addition to her native German, Swantje Pütz speaks English and Italian.
As a mother of three daughters, she enjoys spending time with her family. She likes to meet friends and enjoys regular jogging laps with her dog along the Rhine.
