Dr Annika Dippel

Annika Dippel is an associate at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ in the CORPORATE practice team. She advises German and international clients on M&A transactions, mergers and acquisitions as well as restructuring measures. Furthermore, she provides advice on general requirements concerning partnership and corporation law. 

Annika Dippel studied law at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum. During her studies she spent one semester abroad at the Universidad de Oviedo, Spain. After her graduation she worked as a research assistant at a Düsseldorf law firm for a couple of months. Thereafter, she completed her LL.M. degree at the University College London. During her doctoral studies she worked as a research assistant at the chair for Public and European Law of Professor Dr. Wolfram Cremer at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum. She received her doctoral degree for a dissertation in German constitutional law. During her legal traineeship she spent her lawyers' station at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ. 

Beside her mother tongue German Annika Dippel fluently speaks English and has basic knowledge of Spanish and French. 

In her leisure time she enjoys painting and drawing.
