Dr Jakob Müllmann

Jakob Müllmann is an Associate at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ and works with the CORPORATE practice. He advises German and international companies on all aspects on Corporate Law, Capital Markets Law and Corporate Litigation.

Jakob Müllmann studied law at the University of Münster and spent spent an exchange semester at the Universitetet i Oslo, Norway. He passed his First Legal Exam in 2017.

Following his studies, Jakob Müllmann worked as a research assistant at the University of Münster in the department for Public Law and Tax Law of Prof. Dr. Marcel Krumm. In 2021, he received his doctorate there with a dissertation on a Tax Law, Public Law and European Law topic. The dissertation was awarded the Gerhard-Thoma-Ehrenpreis 2021.

During his legal clerkship, Jakob Müllmann spent time, among other things, at the Ministry of Finance of North Rhine-Westphalia, at an international law firm in Capital Markets Law and at a notary in Düsseldorf. He passed his Second Legal Exam in 2022.

Jakob Müllmann is fluent in his native language German as well as in English.

In his leisure time, Jakob Müllmann likes to cook, loves electronic music and is active playing all sorts of ball sports. He also follows all developments around the German soccer team Borussia Dortmund.
