Leon Leander Land

Leon Land is an associate at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ and works in the Corporate and M&A department. He advises German and international clients on all aspects of corporate and capital markets law as well as on restructurings, takeovers and M&A transactions.

Leon Land studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. During his studies there, he focused on the German and European law of corporations as well as transformation and group law. He passed his First Legal State Exam in 2021 and then worked as a research assistant in the M&A department of a major law firm in Düsseldorf.

During his legal clerkship, Leon Land worked at the legal department of the City of Düsseldorf in the civil law/corporate law department, at a major international law firm in the corporate department and most recently at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ in the corporate and capital markets law department. He passed his Second Legal State Exam in January 2024.

In addition to his native language German, Leon Land is fluent in English. 

Leon Land likes to spend his leisure time playing sports or with friends. He also enjoys painting and is passionate about art and photography. As a long-time member, he follows the developments of FC Bayern Munich and the NBA with great interest.
